Dr Wayne Haynes is a qualified chiropractor and osteopath, with over 20 years of private practice experience in Albury and Melbourne. His primary goal is simple – to alleviate pain as soon as possible and maintain optimal body function. He is highly proficient in working with clients with acute, sub-acute, chronic conditions while optimising performance.
Dr Wayne provides high-quality, client-focused care with an individualised treatment plan. He has significant experience in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries using manipulative therapy, dynamic functional soft tissue techniques and exercise rehabilitation.
Dr Wayne has published numerous research papers on movement rehabilitation and physical therapy treatments for spinal complaints. He is nearing completion of his PhD on the Relationship between Perception of Vertical and Frontal Plane Dynamic Postural Stability with Academic Performance, Physical Activity and Physical Fitness in Primary School Children at the Research Institute for Sport and Exercise, University of Canberra.
He has presented at national conferences and conventions, has worked as a rehabilitation and treatment consultant to the Geelong Football Team and provided chiropractic care for athletes, Adam Scott, Cadel Evans, Ana Ivanovic, Geoff Ogilvy and many others.
We also would like to congratulate Dr Wayne has just received his PhD for his thesis in the relationship between qualitative elements of human movements (October 2020).
Dr Wayne is available at the Palmerston Clinic on Monday & Friday am and Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday pm.
